Typical Day at The Sport Academy

(subject to change e.g weather)

8:30am - 10am

Free-time/games as children arrive

10:15am

Warm up - Fun games such as banana tag, gaga ball, cops & robbers, scarecrow relay

10:45am

Children have the choice of one of the following:

GROUP 1: DANCE CLUB
Dance based games, learn a dance routine and make up your own dance.

GROUP 2: MULTISPORTS
Different sports played daily with fun games & activities to improve skills & confidence.

GROUP 3: FOOTBALL
Participants play a range of football related games & challenges

Although we split into separate groups during the day, children are free to change groups should they wish.
If the children are happy, we're happy!

12:15pm (approx.)

Lunch

12:50pm

Lunch time games and activities, indoors

1:15pm

Free time where children can play with the sports equipment

1:30pm

Children have the choice of one of the following:

GROUP 1: MULTISPORTS
Children will play a different sport to the morning activities

GROUP 2: FOOTBALL
Participants take part in a football 'World Cup Tournament'

3pm - 4:30pm

Free time/games as children are picked-up.
